Family brewers held back


David Clifton reports on the amendment to the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Bill that resulted in pub companies with fewer than 500 tied tenants being removed from the constraints of the Statutory Code with the consequence that only the  “big six” pubcos will be bound by it.
