Handle With Care

Well deserved or not, the British have a reputation for complaining. In his most recent article for iGaming Business entitled “Handle with care” (that can be downloaded below), David Clifton explains how the Gambling Commission says its B2C licence holders should deal with customer grievances now that its new complaints and disputes requirements and guidance have come into force (with effect from 31 October 2018).
