The Gambling Commission has today published a long-awaited advice note entitled “What is Gambling Software” that, amongst other things, explains developments in the Commission’s thinking insofar as the need for a gambling software licence is required.
The Gambling Commission has published a helpful flowchart – which you can download below – setting out the transitional arrangements under the 2014 Act.
