Don’t forget to read the new “Complaints & Disputes” guidance

Reflecting our website posting on the same subject yesterday, SBC News has today published a reminder from David Clifton to UK licensed B2C gambling operators not to forget to read the Gambling Commission’s new “Complaints and disputes: procedural, information provision and reporting requirements” guidance note that comes into effect on 31 October 2018 – the same day that a number of important LCCP changes will come into force.

UPDATE: Arising from subsequent changes to LCCP Social Responsibility Code provision 6.1.1 (Complaints and Disputes) that came into force on 31 October 2020, the Gambling Commission has updated the ‘ADR requirements’ section of its “Complaints and disputes: procedural, information provision and reporting requirements” Guidance. You can download below the version of that Guidance as updated in December 2020.
