Gambling Commission no longer requires passport photographs

The Gambling Commission has announced (under the heading “Change to personal licence application, maintenance and Annex A declaration”) that it no longer requires a passport photograph to be submitted as part of a personal licence application, maintenance or Annex A declaration. It states that:

  • it is currently in the process of removing any references to photographs from its online application system and
  • any photographs received by the Commission will be securely destroyed.
