Gambling Commission publishes updated AML Advice for non-casino operators

The Gambling Commission has published:
- its revised anti-money laundering advice for operators (excluding casino operators) Duties and responsibilities under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002: Advice to operators (excluding casino operators) in order primarily to incorporate new advice in relation to changes to POCA 2002 as a result of the Criminal Finances Act 2017, and
- its updated Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 quick guide for small businesses
Each of the above can be downloaded below. They follow publication during September of the Commission’s revised AML guidance for remote and non-remote casino operators
