The Gambling Commission has published an updated Advice Note (that can be downloaded below) that explains how operators can comply with the requirements relating to protection of customer funds, including advice on what is classed as customer funds and how to apply the customer funds rating system. The Advice Note also includes examples of common errors the Commission has identified during its compliance work and information about the phased introduction of customer funds reporting by remote gambling operators.
