Incomplete variation applications to be rejected by the Gambling Commission w.e.f. 4 February
Categories: News
The Gambling Commission has announced that, in the same way that it now refuses to accept incomplete new operating licence applications, it will soon cease to accept incomplete applications to vary Operating Licences.
With effect from 4 February, the Commission will be:
- updating its website to:
- clearly signal a change in the acceptance of incomplete applications and
- make clear what constitutes a complete application
- updating the online application service to include “some form of checklist” to help applicants ensure they have either uploaded or have ready to email/post in to the Commission all of the required supporting documents.
