Part Two of the Pubs Code Consultation, published today, has reacted to concerns from tenant organisations by including a question about the effect of removing from the draft Pubs Code the condition that there must be a proposal for an increase in the rent at rent assessment before a tenant may exercise the MRO option. The deadline for responding to both consultations is 18 January 2016.
