The Gambling Commission’s revised Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice have come into force today (with one exception) and the Commission has also published a reminder that the 16 September licensing deadline is fast approaching for offshore gambling operators who wish to continue to provide services in Great Britain beyond 1 October 2014.
